Reservations/Punctuality
Please call one of our locations to reserve
your appointments in advance. In order to have your preferred appointment time, we highly recommend that you pre-book your
next service prior to leaving the salon. Feel free to show up 15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax,
have a cup of tea and just breathe away the stresses of your day. Please keep in mind that your appointment may have to be
shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.
Service
Satisfaction Policy
At mode we personally guarantee all of our services. In
the event that you are dissatisfied with a service you have received we simply ask that you call the salon
to reschedule within 2 weeks of original service date. It is our commitment that you are happy with every service you
receive.
Product Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased at one of our locations please return it within 45
days. We will gladly exchange it for something that better meets your needs or issue a store credit.
Please understand that we cannot give refunds on products.

Cancellation Policy
Our highly skilled staff are in great demand and have the utmost respect for the time that you have chosen to be
with them. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance
and notify our front desk staff of the change. In the event that we do not receive notice you may be required to pay
for your missed appointment at your next service.
Cell Phones
We understand the importance of communication and respect your
need to sometimes make phone calls during your service. Our goal is to make sure that every clients visit is relaxing and
stress free. For your comfort and the comfort of others we recommend that you place your phone on silent
and let this be a time for you to indulge in the pampering you deserve.
Children & Pets
For the relaxation and regeneration of all
our guests and the safety of your young ones we request that you find care for them before your appointment. You need a time
off too! We love pets and regrettably we ask that for the wellbeing of all our guests that you allow your
furry friends to stay at home.
Valuables
Mode cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We request that you leave your valuables or keep them with
you during your stay with us.
